BC's First "Full Chain" Farm to Fork Symposium - 8th to 9th November 2011

Every citizen from farm to fork has a role in keeping BC’s food safe. BC’s first “full chain” farm to fork symposium illustrated the importance of developing a culture of food safety. Participants heard from peers, scientists, regulators and educators the latest information and best practices to develop a culture of food safety in their organization.
